Terms of Service

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email or Google account secure. You must be at least 13 to create an account.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you add. You give SocioDex permission to store, display and deliver that content in order to run the service, for example showing it on the page, printing it on a QR card, or sending it in a scheduled message.

Only add content you have the right to share, and get permission before sharing other people's photos, voices or contact details.

What's not allowed

• Harassment, hate, threats, or sexual content involving minors.
• Sharing someone's private information without their permission.
• Spam, scams, malware, or impersonating someone else.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights.
• Trying to access pages, accounts or data you aren't allowed to see.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. To report a page or post, email support@sociodex.app with its link.

Hosts

If you create a page, you choose who can view and contribute to it, and you're responsible for moderating it. Only send invitations and messages to people who would expect to hear from you.

The service

We work to keep SocioDex available and your content safe, but the service is provided "as is". We can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we recommend you keep your own copies of photos and videos that matter to you. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice before shutting down anything that holds your content.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, SocioDex is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content that other people add to a page.

Ending use

You can stop using SocioDex and delete your pages at any time. How we handle your information afterwards is described in the Privacy Policy.
